Justin Patton is an award-winning author, Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), and executive coach who has spent his career studying how trust is built, broken, and strengthened through the ways people show up for one another. He teaches leaders and teams about Relational Courage™, the everyday choice to turn toward honest conversations, meaningful recognition, and the moments that build stronger relationships.

Justin’s career has spanned education, sales training, and global leadership development, including roles with Anthem and Yum! Brands before he founded The Trust Architect Group in 2014. Since then, he has worked with organizations including GE Appliances, the NCAA, Ford Motor Company, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Humana, General Mills, and Wendy’s.

Justin is a PCC executive coach with the International Coaching Federation and the author of five books, including "Managers Who Build Trust and Leadership Presence." He is also a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, and his work has been featured more than 35 times in Forbes.
