Rich is a Principal with Symphony Risk Solutions. Prior to joining Symphony Risk Solutions, he led the cannabis practice for Aon, the 2nd largest brokerage in the world. Having served clients from single-location dispensaries to the largest multi-state operators, Rich has negotiated some of the most complex cannabis insurance transactions in the US. In addition, Rich has worked with insurers to introduce new capacity and improve processes to alleviate the challenges cannabis businesses face in purchasing coverage. Rich earned a BA in Economics from Northwestern University. He holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
