Devyn McNicoll is the Head of Actuarial at Pinpoint Predictive. She leads the actuarial team in advancing pricing, modeling, reserving, and strategic analytics to support profitable growth across Pinpoint’s P&C insurance solutions, blending deep analytical rigor with strategic vision.

With more than 10 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, Devyn has held actuarial pricing, reserving, regulatory filing, and leadership roles at several major national carriers, consistently driving results through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to joining Pinpoint, she served in an executive role at a managing general agency (MGA) specializing in Homeowners and Commercial Property products, where she led actuarial strategy and product development—bringing a strong perspective from both the carrier and delegated authority sides of the industry.

Devyn is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) and a Certified Specialist in Predictive Analytics (CSPA). She holds an MA in Statistics from North Carolina State University. Devyn is deeply committed to fairness, transparency, and the responsible use of data in insurance, and actively volunteers on actuarial committees focused on bias mitigation, equitable modeling practices, and the ethical advancement of predictive analytics. In 2023, she represented the United States in the Young Actuaries World Cup, advancing to the semi-finals of the competition.
