Joel Bush is the Vice President of Product at AAIS. He leads the Product team in developing and enhancing all product lines and programs to meet the needs of AAIS Members and Partners. With more than 20 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, Joel has served in a range of product leadership roles across AAIS, ISO/Verisk, and most recently on the carrier side as Director of Product Management for a regional insurer. He rejoined AAIS in 2025, bringing a well-rounded perspective from both the advisory and carrier sides of the industry. Joel holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and the Certified Product Manager (CPM) credential. Joel has a BA in Communication from Michigan State University.
