Elizabeth Foughty, MBA, is the Chief Business Officer of Orbital Sentry. Elizabeth works at the intersection of climate, insurance, and deep tech, where she focuses on advancing innovation to measure, manage, and reduce real-world climate risk. She is currently co-founding a satellite company aimed at bringing new data capabilities to risk and resilience markets. With experience spanning NASA, RMS, Planet Labs, and CAPE Analytics, Elizabeth has a proven track record of connecting advanced technology and data to the needs of insurers, regulators, and other stakeholders across the climate and risk ecosystem. Elizabeth holds a BA in International Relations from Boston University and an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School.
