Kelli Kukulka, CPCU, ARe, AFIS, is Senior Vice President, Underwriting at RenaissanceRe, where she is responsible for writing regional and multi-line reinsurance treaties.
Kelli brings more than two decades of experience in reinsurance underwriting, with deep expertise in regional P&C and agricultural risks. Prior to joining RenaissanceRe in 2015, she spent three years as a Senior Treaty Underwriter at SCOR Reinsurance Company, specializing in regional P&C and agricultural reinsurance. Before that, she worked at Munich Re for 17 years, where she underwrote treaty and individual risk facultative business for agriculture specialty risks. She began her insurance career in The Hartford’s livestock department.
Kelli holds a BS in Agriculture from the University of Illinois and has earned the CPCU, ARe, and AFIS designations. She is the Past President of the Chicago Chapter of the CPCU Society and maintains membership in the APIW and CPCU Society. She has also served as past chair of the CPCU Society’s Reinsurance and E&S Committee and is a member of Renaissance Re’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
