Andy Case is the Director of the Property and Casualty Rating Division for the Mississippi Insurance Department and serves as Director of the Strengthen Mississippi Homes program. In these roles, he oversees property and casualty rating functions and leads initiatives focused on strengthening homes across the state.

Prior to his current roles, Andy served as Director of Consumer Affairs for the Mississippi Insurance Department, having been appointed to the position on January 1, 2010. In that capacity, he supported consumer-focused regulatory efforts under the leadership of the Commissioner of Insurance.

Before joining the Mississippi Insurance Department, Andy spent 23 years with Allstate Insurance Company in various claims leadership roles across multiple states, including Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Kentucky. During his tenure, he also served as an expert corporate witness for claim litigation matters in Mississippi.
