Siobhan Davey is the President and CEO of Broome Co-operative Insurance Company.

Siobhan brings more than three decades of experience in insurance. She began her career in 1989 as a reinsurance broker with Willcox Intermediaries, which later merged with Guy Carpenter, where she spent nine years in the New York and London offices. She then joined E.W. Blanch/Benfield and US Re, working closely with mutual companies to develop their reinsurance programs. Siobhan joined Broome Co-operative in 2010 as Vice President of Business Development, implementing a comprehensive growth strategy focused on specific business opportunities, niche products, and partnerships. She was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2013, managing the operations of the company as well as the underwriting and claims departments, before becoming CEO in 2018.

Siobhan is active in industry organizations including the New York Insurance Association, where she currently serves as Chair, the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC), and Big I New York, where she is Past President of the local chapter, Big I of the Southern Tier. She also serves on community boards such as Dollars for Scholars and Rotary.

Siobhan holds a BA in Latin American Studies and History from Rutgers University.
