Rebecca has been a part of the insurance marketplace for 30 years, holding various roles in Reserving, Pricing, Underwriting, Client Markets and Portfolio Management, both in the Reinsurance and Primary Insurance space. She joined Swiss Re in 2018 and held roles in Actuarial functions, client markets, portfolio management and most recently, Underwriting. In her current role she runs the Casualty Desk for the Americas for Regional & National clients. Prior to Swiss Re, Rebecca spent 13 years at Zurich North America in various roles, her last role at the firm being the Head of Zurich's Portfolio Performance Monitoring and Management unit. While at Zurich, she also spent several years leading the Actuarial team responsible for large account pricing across all business units. Prior to her time at Zurich, Rebecca spent several years as a field Actuary for St. Paul / Travelers as well as a reserving and pricing Actuary at Employers Reinsurance Corporation. Rebecca has been a credentialed Actuary for 25 years, is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and holds a CPCU designation. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, snowboarding and keeping up with her three children, one grandchild and two dogs.
