By registering, you acknowledge your name, company, and email may be shared with event sponsors and exhibitors.
Event Filming/Photography Notice
Photography, audio, and/or video recording may occur during the 2025 AAIS Main Event. By registering and attending the Event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. Images and videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes including, but not limited to, use on the company’s website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
Registration Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@AAISonline.com. The following cancellation rules apply to event registrations only. Please see sponsor agreements for applicable rules regarding sponsorships.
Event registrations can be transferred to another individual at no cost. Transportation or lodging reservations that may have been made in connection with this event should be cancelled separately through the provider.
Cancellations On or Before March 6, 2025
Event registration minus a $50 fee will be refunded if a cancellation request is received on or before March 6, 2025.
Cancellations On or After March 7, 2025
Event registration will not be refunded if a cancellation request is received on or after March 7, 2025.
