Back by popular demand and returning in person for the first time since 2019, the 2025 AAIS Main Event will take place on April 6 through April 8, 2025. The 2025 AAIS Main Event will be held on April 6 - 8, 2025 at the Opal Sol in Clearwater Beach, Florida. View the venue space as well as book a hotel room from our Hotel page.

Registered attendees are welcome to bring a guest traveling with them to attend evening receptions and dinners. To view all scheduled receptions and dinners, please visit the Event Schedule page. To add a guest to your registration, please register them during "Step 4: Additional People" and select "AAIS Guest" as the registration type. Please let us know if your guest plans to attend any evening receptions or dinners by checking the appropriate boxes during "Step 3: Agenda" when registering your guest.

Note: Only registered attendees will be permitted to attend the featured sessions. If your guest plans to attend the conference, please register them as an attendee.

Registration Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@AAISonline.com. The following cancellation rules apply to event registrations only. Please see sponsor agreements for applicable rules regarding sponsorships.

Event registrations can be transferred to another individual at no cost. Transportation or lodging reservations that may have been made in connection with this event should be cancelled separately through the provider.

Cancellations On or Before March 6, 2025
Event registration minus a $50 fee will be refunded if a cancellation request is received on or before March 6, 2025.

Cancellations On or After March 7, 2025
Event registration will not be refunded if a cancellation request is received on or after March 7, 2025.
