Registered attendees are welcome to bring a guest traveling with them to attend evening receptions. To view all scheduled receptions, please visit the Schedule page. To add a guest to your registration, please register them during "Step 4: Additional People" and select "AAIS Guest" as the registration type. Please let us know if your guest plans to attend any evening receptions by checking the appropriate boxes during "Step 3: Agenda" when registering your guest.
Note: Only registered attendees will be permitted to attend the featured sessions. If your guest plans to attend the conference, please register them as an attendee. Only registered attendees are permitted to add a guest during the registration process. Guests cannot register themselves without a paid registrant. Guests registered without a paid registrant will be removed/canceled.
You will receive a detailed email confirmation upon successful completion of the registration process for this event; please make sure to enter a valid email address on the registration form. If you have any questions regarding your registration, please email events@AAISonline.com.

Registration Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@AAISonline.com. The following cancellation rules apply to event registrations only. Please see sponsor agreements for applicable rules regarding sponsorships.
Event registrations can be transferred to another individual at no cost. Deadline to request a transfer is March 27, 2026. No transfers will be permitted after this deadline.
Transportation or lodging reservations that may have been made in connection with this event should be cancelled separately through the provider.
Cancellations On or Before March 19, 2026 (11:59 p.m. ET)
Event registration minus a $50 fee will be refunded if a cancellation request is received on or before March 19, 2026 (11:59 p.m. ET).
Cancellations On or After March 20, 2026 (12:00 a.m. ET)
Event registration will not be refunded if a cancellation request is received on or after March 20, 2026 (12:00 a.m. ET).

We recommend business casual for all event sessions and receptions. Examples include: button-up collared shirts, polo shirts, slacks/dress pants, blouses, cardigans, and dresses. No jacket or tie is expected or required.
