*All sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to AAIS Partners. Printed program guide advertisements will be ROP (run-of-paper), meaning the position and placement of each ad will be determined by AAIS.
**Bag design and marketing item are subject to AAIS approval. Sponsor is responsible for sourcing the bag and covering all shipping, receiving, and storage charges at the hotel. AAIS-branded items may also be included in the welcome bag.
