The 2027 AAIS Main Event will be held at the Opal Sol in Clearwater Beach, Florida. View the venue space as well as book a hotel room from our Hotel page.

We recommend business casual for all event sessions and receptions. Examples include: button-up collared shirts, polo shirts, slacks/dress pants, blouses, cardigans, and dresses. No jacket or tie is expected or required.

The 2027 AAIS Main Event is not a designated CPE event. This event is designed to bring together Members from across the AAIS Community to connect and collaborate. 

Virtual attendance is not available for the 2027 AAIS Main Event. In-person attendance is encouraged to get the most out of the Main Event experience.

Registered attendees are welcome to bring a spouse traveling with them to evening receptions. Registration is not required for spouses attending evening receptions only. To view all scheduled receptions, please visit the Schedule page.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Events@AAISonline.com. The following cancellation rules apply to event registrations only:

• Cancellations On or Before March 19, 2027 (11:59 p.m. ET): Event registration minus a $50 fee will be refunded if a cancellation request is received on or before March 19, 2027 (11:59 p.m. ET). 
• Cancellations On or After March 20, 2027 (12:00 a.m. ET): Event registration will not be refunded if a cancellation request is received on or after March 20, 2027 (12:00 a.m. ET). 

Event registrations can be transferred to another individual at your company at no cost. The deadline to request a transfer is March 26, 2027. No transfers will be permitted after this deadline. 

Transportation or lodging reservations that may have been made in connection with this event should be canceled separately through the provider.  

All Main Event sponsors will receive an advance attendee list as part of their sponsorship benefits. During the event, the attendee list will also be available to all attendees through the event app.

The initial advance attendee list will be shared with sponsors on Monday, March 29, 2027.

The 2027 AAIS Main Event offers sponsorship opportunities exclusively to AAIS Partners, providing an opportunity to support AAIS Members while increasing brand visibility among insurance industry leaders. AAIS Partners interested in sponsoring Main Event should contact Events@AAISonline.com to learn more about available opportunities. 

Sponsorship does not automatically register attendees for the Main Event. Each staff member attending must be registered separately. To redeem the one complimentary registration included with your sponsorship, use the unique promo code provided in your sponsorship confirmation email. One company representative may register multiple attendees at once, with applicable registration fees charged for any additional attendees.

Specifications and guidelines will be shared directly with sponsors whose sponsorship includes a Program Guide advertisement.

AAIS is introducing Partner Resource Tables in place of exhibit tables this year. They are intended to showcase resources, solutions, and expertise that support our Members’ success. 2027 Sponsorships do not include a Partner Resource Table. Participation in a Partner Resource Table is not a sponsorship benefit or add-on. Participation is by invitation only and will be extended by AAIS to a limited number of sponsors whose offerings align closely with Member priorities and interests.

Participating sponsors will receive the Partner Resource Table layout and have the opportunity to submit their preferred locations. AAIS will assign the Partner Resource Tables, and each table will be labeled with the company's name onsite.

AAIS has secured a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate of $369 per night. We encourage attendees to book early before the room block sells out. The deadline to book in the room block is March 26, 2027. Please visit the Hotel page to reserve your room after registering.

The 2027 AAIS Main Event will take place on Floor 2, with sessions taking place in Solstice 1 and 2.

Opal Sol offers 2027 AAIS Main Event attendees a discounted valet parking rate of $25 per night. Please note that valet is the only parking option available for hotel and restaurant guests.

St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) and Tampa International Airport (TPA) are the closest airports to Opal Sol.
